A Bit About Us

Contract Transport has been family owned and operated since 1963. Over the past 57 years we have been able to expand through our dedication to servicing our customers and going the extra mile to get the job done correctly. Contract Transport is a USPS Highway Contractor with scheduled trips so drivers are home every day.

CTI was started by Robert and Virginia Nible and is now run by their daughters Jeane, Sandi and Sandi’s husband Allen Bergman. Our business started with one tractor and one trailer running to the Quad Cities daily for the post office. We can proudly say 57 years later we still hold that same route. We pride ourselves on keeping a positive work environment for our employees and our customers. Over the years our operation has expanded to over 75 employees and 50 power units. We have also expanded our operation to include a terminal that is based out of Kansas City, KS.
